OUR BACKGROUND

Benzmark Development (M) Sdn Bhd was incorporated on the 16th of July 2008 as Benzmark Recycleworks initially due to an initial business venture in scrap metal trading and export permits to China and India.

In accordance to this business Benzmark began sand trading in the month of July 2009 after being awarded our first reclamation project at Senibong Cove, Johor Bahru under Kumpulan Liziz. During this period we acted as one of the only consistant source of river sand supply in the eastern coast of Johor. In 2011, we completed the reclamation contract for the supply of sand to the Pontian waterfront in Johor. In 2012 we were awarded another order at MHHE, Pasir Gudang under Biaxis to supply river sand for infra works and the docks expansions.

In 2013, we’ve completed the Kuala Terenganu water front reclamation in front of Pulau Duyung, Kuala Terenganu. In 2014 we’ve handed over a coastline reclamation at Teluk Jawa of the eastern Johor Straits under Cresendo Developments.

Currently to date in 2015 we are handling the Petronas Rapid sand supply, Princess Cove (RNF) Reclamation and Forest City (Country Gardens) reclamation in Johor State. We also cater and assist in JPS rendered projects for river deepening and flood mitigation.
